We went to Little Pan Rowland Heights whenever we craved pan-fried buns. Their house special Pan-Fried Pork Bun ($11.99 for 6 pieces) was very good; however, you need to be cautious of the hot soup inside, as it can burn your lips. The skin of the bun was excellent, especially the bottom part, which was very crispy and paired well with the filling inside. This is a must-try. Their 24K Gold Black Truffle Pan-Fried Bun ($29.99) was also special, with gold leaf on top. The Millet Congee ($3.99) was very good too, as it's hard to find millet congee everywhere. It paired well with the Cucumber Salad ($4.99), Sweet and Sour Wood Ear Mushrooms ($4.99), or Braised Preserved Egg with Chili ($9.99). Their Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings ($12.99 for 10 pieces) were very good as well. The service was great, and the price was fair. I really liked the high ceiling and spacious open design of the restaurant. The large Kaws figures facing the entrance were very interesting. We will definitely visit again whenever we crave the buns.

With my limited knowledge of regional cuisine, I want to say this café specializes in Shanghai style dishes. The vibe in this place is modern and has an authentic feel to it in that I feel like I'm at a cafe in Shanghai. The folks here are very nice, but there was a slight language barrier for me which wasn't a problem because you ordered through the QR code at your table. Everything sounded and looked so good on the menu that I probably ordered more food than I can eat, which was fine because I took the rest home ha ha. I ordered the rainbow dumplings, the house, special pan, fried dumplings, the fried black stinky tofu, and some millet congee. The presentation, flavors, and textures on all the food was great. I have thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. Definitely would love to come back and try some more dishes or just meet up with friends and just order a bunch of different dumplings to share. This particular location is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. That wasn't a problem for me.

Definitely coming back for the pan fried dumplings. Soo unexpectedly juicy inside! Do note though, when you order online, it could be a little confusing if you wanted to order the soup dumpling and the pan fried dumpling, the naming of it online is similar so we ended up ordering 2 of the pan fried dumplings instead of one of each order

Such a great find! We were shopping at 99 ranch and stumbled upon this place. This place makes excellent pan fried dumplings, the dumpling is cooked to perfection and even has some soup inside which was delicious! The meat was flavored very well. We also tried the fried stinky tofu which was okay. It also came with a hint of spice which was nice, but overall it was okay. I'm also not a big fan of stinky tofu but I will say I prefer this over other stinky tofu's I've had Fast service as well. Would definitely come back!

Came by here since the one near my area closed down and this was the next closest one. I remember being their pan-fried bun been so good that I had to come back. This week, I finally came back but to this new location. I tried the lamb vermicelli, beef pancake rolls, and the pan fried buns. The pan fried bun was delicious, but not how I remembered it last time. Didn't blow my taste buds like before. Something was a bit off. As for the beef rolls, the ratio and taste was good. The pancake can be a bit cruncy since it was getting saugy. Lastly, the lamb vermicelli was delicious with a hint of sourness. Overall, it was great dishes all around. FYI, check your condiments on the table. When we poured the vinegar, there were flies in it.

Little Pan serves up bold Shanghainese flavors. Their Stone-cooked Grass Carp arrives sizzling, cooked with hot rocks, boasting juicy, pork-like texture. The Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper steals the show with tender meat and a flavorful pepper kick. Spice lovers will love the juicy Szechuan Style Chicken in chili sauce. Don't skip the mini pan-fried buns, available in beef and pork, perfectly paired with refreshing drinks.
